The Moot

The IFAM Moot Problem is based on a football dispute. The moot starts from the point at which a FIFA body has rendered a decision on the dispute and the case proceeds on appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Competitors must work on both sides of the case in written and oral rounds.

The Moot Problem will be released to participants once registration for the moot has closed. The competition is open to any applicant who does not already have professional experience in sports law. Students at any level of their studies are eligible – contact the Organisers in case you have any doubt.
